Are your products safe for kids?

Yes! We go above and beyond for your child’s safety. All our products are CPSC-compliant, non-toxic, and child-safe so parents can be worry-free.

Can the play panels be cleaned?

Yes, our panels are washable. Simply follow the care instructions included with your product to keep them fresh and ready for play.

Do I need a play couch to use the panels?

No! While many families love using panels with play couches, our doorway kit allows you to enjoy panels without one. Our doorway rod fits most standard doorframes, making it easy to transform any doorway into a play zone.

How will my order be delivered to me?

We ship all orders out from one of our warehouse located in the US. We ship using UPS, Fedex, Amazon and USPS. Once your order ships, you will recieve an email with the carrier and tracking number so you know when to expect your package.

Where do you ship from?

We have multiple warehouses across the U.S. to ensure fast, reliable shipping—so your order arrives as quickly as possible!

Do you ship internationally?

We now ship to Canada! For customers outside the U.S. and Canada, we’re working on expanding international shipping soon. In the meantime, feel free to reach out with your location and we’ll be happy to provide a custom shipping quote.

Can I cancel my order after the order is placed?

Orders can be canceled at any time before shipment. Once the tracking information is emailed over to you, the order cannot be canceled or edited.

My shipment was not delivered. What do I do?

Contact us immediately! Any shipping issues (missing package, damage, etc.) must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery notification. If the issue is not reported within 24 hours, we may not be able to help.

What is the return policy?

At Couch Swag, we take pride in delivering products that are safe, sealed, and shipped directly from our warehouses to ensure the highest quality. For safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened liners or panels. However, we do accept returns on unopened, fully sealed items. To qualify, returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the items are received at our warehouse and inspected to confirm they remain unopened and in their original condition, a refund will be issued. If you have any questions before starting a return, our team is always here to help.
