Refund policy

Couch Swag  products are delivered and sealed directly from our headquarters to ensure quality and safety. The liners and panels cannot be returned once the packaging is opened due to safety concerns. We do accept returns for fully sealed, unopened items. Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery and are subject to the return shipping and restocking fees ($5). The refund will be issued when the items are received by our warehouse and inspected to ensure they were unopened.
